Each of the isolates of bacteria that had been selected was conducted oxygen requirement and synergism tests, and then the consortium of bacteria was wade. Two types of consortium of the bacteria were obtained, that is a facultative anaerobic consortium that consists of two bacteria Bacillus toyonensis strain BCT – 7112 and Stenotrophomonas rhizophila strain e-p10, and the aerobic consortium that consists of three bacteria, namely: Bacillus cereus ATCC 14579, Pseudomonas azotoformans strain NBRC 12693 and Burkholderia cepacia ATCC 25416.},
