Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  • Authors should prepare the manuscript using the IJASEIT template 2021 and submit through the online submission system (link). Only manuscript following the IJASEIT format will be sent to reviewers.
  • The manuscript should be original and has not been previously published or under review by other journals.
  • All submitted paper will be reviewed by experts in the field by considering the originality, clarity of presentation and significance to science.
  • As the commitment to fast publication, editors try their best to complete a review process within four weeks. If authors did not receive any notification after that period, please do send an email to editors.
  • Upon the acceptance of an article for publication in the IJASEIT, the authors will be requested to pay USD 555 for each article. Payment of this publication fee will help us to maintain free access of the online fulltexts.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:




    1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

    2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

    3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).

IJASEIT collects data primarily to facilitate the editorial process, ensure quality control, and maintain secure and transparent communication between all parties.


This privacy policy applies to all users interacting with IJASEIT through manuscript submission, peer review, email communication, or website usage.

  • Authors: Name, affiliation, email address, ORCID iD, institutional address, telephone number (if provided)




  • Reviewers: Name, affiliation, email address, subject expertise, and prior review history

  • Website Visitors: IP address, cookies, browser type, access times, and pages visited




Data are collected via:




  • Online submission and editorial systems

2. Purpose of Data Collection

  • Managing submissions and peer review

IJASEIT does not use personal data for marketing, commercial profiling, or third-party advertising.

  • Personal data are stored securely on password-protected servers managed by IJASEIT and its platform providers.

Reviewer identities remain confidential and are not shared without express consent, in accordance with IJASEIT’s double-blind peer review policy.

  • Author and reviewer data are retained indefinitely as part of the publication record unless a request for deletion is submitted and approved.




  • Website analytics data may be stored for up to 24 months to monitor site performance and user trends.




6. User Rights


Users have the right to:




  • Access their personal data held by IJASEIT




  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data




  • Request deletion of their data (subject to editorial and legal constraints)




  • Withdraw consent where applicable




Requests must be sent in writing to the journal's editorial office. IJASEIT will respond within 30 days of receiving the request.
