3. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

  • To support operational costs, IJASEIT applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to accepted manuscripts.

  • APCs cover peer review management, editorial production, copyediting, indexing, digital archiving, website maintenance, and long-term access.

  • The APC amount is transparently disclosed on the journal’s website.

  • Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, which are made strictly based on academic quality and peer review outcomes.

  • Waivers or discounts may be granted in cases of financial hardship, especially for authors from low- and middle-income countries, subject to editorial approval.
