The present study used the structural modeling based on partial least squares regression. Empirical results showed that information quality had a significant positive effect on use and user satisfaction. System quality had a significant positive effect on use but negative effect on user satisfaction. Service quality had a significant positive effect on use and user satisfaction. There was no reciprocal effect between use and user satisfaction. Use, but not user satisfaction, had a positive and significant effect on individual impact. Individual impact had a positive and significant effect on organizational impact.},
